Crochet pattern amigurumi Phil the Cheerful Bunny

Phil is a happy soul! He is the guy that never lets anyone be down around him. Phil alone can make you at least smile or even laugh! But when his friends come along everyone around this bright company is constantly laughing.

FINISHED TOY DETAILS
Phil is approximately 29 cm (11.4″) tall from ear to toe and about 22 cm (8.2″) when seated. He is made of soft Alpaca yarn, good humour and love. You can use any other yarn you find suitable – Phil can come taller or smaller but still a lot of fun to crochet and to become friends with.

YARN & EQUIPMENT

1. Alize Alpaca Royal, alpaka (30%), wool (15%), acrylic (55%), color light gray melange (21), 250 m/273 yds – 100 g Weight: DK (8 ply)(Used for the body of the bunny). You will need approximately 50 g of the yarn.

2. Alize Cashmira wool (100%), 300m/328 yds. – 100 g/3.53 Oz. color red (56) (Used for the scarf and the nose).
3. Some cotton in dark brown color for the embroidery of the mouth. I used DMC embroidery cotton thread No. 839.
4. Crochet hook: 2,75 mm (U.K No.12/ U.S C/2)
5. Sushi stick (or any other wooden stick with a blunt end) – for the stuffing of the toy.
6. Washable polyester filing for the stuffing of the toy.
7. Yarn needle – a long needle for assembling of the toy.
8. 2 beads – for the eyes
9. A piece of Velcro approximately 8 cm (3″) long and 5 cm (2″) wide. It is used for fleecing the yarn.
